Crafted in Como from a gorgeous denim cotton and cashmere blend Carlo Riva fabric, it combined softness with body to create a wonderful fall on the torso. 

As a finishing touch, we use Australian Mother of Pearl buttons that are crafted in Bergamot from a century-old factory using the same hand-finished techniques for generations. The buttons are polished in small barrels, hand-churned against miniature cork pellets with wax and olive oil. In the winter, to contain the humidity in the barrels, Polenta residue is added from the neighbouring Polenta factory. This is the heritage and craftsmanship that Alva preserves.
