Inspired by Riding and Golf Gilets, meet our fabulous puffer that keeps you cool, dry and chic. Made with premium thin down technology, making the gilet twice as warm as normal down, and twice as temperature regulating, this is a great pick for riders and golfers. It covers the neck with a high collar, has a zipper function with buttons on top for an effortlessly elegant finish. Furthermore, the back of the gilet is slightly longer than the front, allowing your lower back to remain warm and protected. 

Crafted in a Loro Piana storm systems fabric, this piece is perfectly wind and water-proof. You can even take it out for a day of spring skiing. 

As a finishing touch, we use horn buttons that are crafted in Bergamot from a century-old factory using the same hand-finished techniques for generations. The buttons are polished in small barrels, hand-churned against miniature cork pellets with wax and olive oil. In the winter, to contain the humidity in the barrels, Polenta residue is added from the neighbouring Polenta factory. This is the heritage and craftsmanship that Alva preserves.
